James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang and her team will demonstrate traditional and modern takes on this delectable Cantonese brunch.
From Gow Choi Gau (Chinese chive dumplings) and Siumai (shumai), to sticky rice and turnip cakes, we'll teach you the preparation and techniques so you can replicate your own dim sum brunch at home!
