PAGU CLASSES

Come learn from James Beard nominated Chef Tracy Chang and the chefs of PAGU! Our goal is to provide cooking enthusiasts the knowledge and experience to create what they love to eat!

Impress your friends with restaurant recipes that are also achievable at home. Perfect for date night, team building with work colleagues, hanging with friends and family, and more.

Our classes run about 2.5 hours long and we will provide you with the tools, ingredients, and a goodie bag to take home. We hope that you will walk away from our experience with the skills and confidence to create something special at home.

Join us for sushi class, where we will teach you the secrets to making traditional sushi rice, delicious marinades for fish, and how to make vegetables shine. We’ll showcase various ways and forms of making sushi, chirashi and everybody’s favorite—handrolls!

Perhaps you have experienced our hand-pulled biang biang noodles at PAGU, at a Harvard Science and Cooking lecture or on YouTube. Now you can learn the science and techniques to make these noodles from scratch!

Have your cake and eat it too! Learn the science of gluten-free baking like our decadent dark chocolate cake, burnt basque cheesecake, and more. These desserts are tasty and you won’t miss the gluten.
