Day After Congee Kit (FEEDS 4-6) (Local pick-up only)

Put those duck bones to use in a congee!

Add bones to a large pot full of 5L water, 1 quart rice, ginger, sake/mirin and cook on medium heat, with lid ajar, for 2 hours. Add sea salt to personal preferability and then garnish with soy eggs, kimchi, chili crisp and other toppings of your choice e.g. scallion, pickles. Enjoy!

1 quart multi-grain rice

200g ginger

1 pint sake/mirin

4 soy eggs

½ pint PAGU housemade kimchi

½ pint PAGU chili crisp
