Enjoy ready to eat match cookies or purchase the dough to bake at home.
Dough makes about 24 cookies.
ingredients: butter, organic cane sugar, all purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, dark chocolate, cornmeal, sea salt
Instructions for dough: Preheat oven to 350f convection. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silpat. Portion chilled cookie dough to 15 gram balls, press in with your thumb and drop in chocolate chips. Close, and roll the dough between your palms to form a ball. Press gently to flatten a bit as a disc, and place 2" apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. If your oven has hot spots, be sure to rotate the tray half way through baking. Enjoy!

pooling and too flat, then the dough prior to baking is too warm.
too puffy, then your dough is too cold prior to baking and can do with some more flattening or tempering prior to baking.
too cracked on top, then they have dried out too much prior to baking.
