During her time living in Paris and studying at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Tracy fell in love with caramel mou (soft) at Jacques Genin. She decided to make her own version as an homage to Chef Jacques. Her favorite flavors are passionfruit and cider. These caramels are life changing, melt in your mouth goodness.
