Housemade sparkling tea made by Chef Tracy Chang with double fermentation.

Our Rooibos is a non-caffeinated sparkling tea with notes of roasted yellow apricot, peach, vanilla, and honey. Fuller body, less dry. 

Enjoy refreshing, fine bubbles, like drinking champagne without the hangover.

It's also known as RyoBoss, named after Chef Tracy's son Ryo, because it's his favorite flavor!
